CLAVIS offers Danish language training programs designed particularly for English speaking students and workers residing in Denmark:   

• Beginners level
• Intermediate Level
• Advanced level

Classes of small groups and English as the language of instruction will speed up your learning process. Later on, Danish will gradually become the language of instruction.

The courses focus on essential aspects of everyday spoken Danish, such as: 

• Living, working and studying in Denmark
• Social life: going out, sports events, small talk. 
• Everyday situations: shopping, public transport, bank, library.
• Introduction to Danish traditions through short novels and stories. 

Payment

Free tuition for holders of a Danish residence permit and a Danish CPR-number. 

Time and place

Beginner classes: Module 1

Module 1 For learners with extensive foreign language experience (Danish education 3)

Module 1 For learners with basic or no foreign language experience (Danish education 2)

Module 1 Saturday (mixed class of Danish education 2 and 3)

Intermediate and advanced levels: Modules 2-6

If you are not a beginner you can find out more about the schedule for the module 2-6 classes at the sign up interview. Classes are offered twice a week at the following times:

• 9.00-11.30 
• 16.15-18.45
• 19.15-21.45

We offer: Day, evening and weekend courses in Central Copenhagen, and in Hundige.
